Assessment: Our certified technicians will look everywhere for mold: near pipes, behind wallpaper, in ductwork, around indoor HVAC units and in any location where moisture or water vapor is present. Leaky plumbing fixtures, crawl spaces that lack vapor barriers, wet carpeting and cabinets are all prime candidates for mold.
Remediation: We use tools and techniques suitable for specific types of surfaces, such as wire brushes, a wet vacuum and a damp wipe with a detergent containing an EPA-approved antifungal agent. In addition to eliminating mold, we dry flooring, roofing, drywall and other structural elements that give mold a foothold. Debris will be removed from your property and disposed of.
